Delivery Information

Processing times:

Our family business operates from our rural workshop in South Canterbury where the focus is on quality rather than quantity. Our products will typically ship the next business day, but some larger orders or larger items may take a little longer, but should still be shipping within 2-4 business days.

If your order is time sensitive, please contact us after placing your order and we will do our best to meet your time requirements.

Delivery method:

All courier deliveries are signature only (unless customer specifies otherwise), tracked and traced.

We are unable to deliver to PO. Boxes.

Rural addresses:

If delivery is to a rural address this will incur an additional $5 shipping, so be sure to select the correct shipping option.

Packaging:

When packing your order, we secure items with minimal, but safe packaging, sometimes using recycled packaging to reduce your costs and environmental impacts.
